Bathroom sizes
Typically Most homes will have a bathroom or bathrooms ( full size ) from 40 square feet to 200 square feet and bigger.
Common sizes are 5x7, 5x8, 5x10. Larger homes having custom sizes can get very large.
How long will my bathroom remodel take? This will vary greatly.
Time Frame
A half bath ( powder room ) can be done in around a week or two for a full gut redo do everything from the studs to painted walls and towel bars installed
Tub/shower combo bathroom can be done from two weeks to 5 weeks
Full walk in shower bathroom with free standing tub can take anywhere from 4 weeks to 8 weeks and longer
Some bathrooms ( higher end ) can take 6 months, it all depends on what the client wants to do/change with the bathroom
How much will the bathroom cost me? ( pricing ) Now this will vary greatly as-well.
Bath remodels vary so much, but to give you a idea, our clients will spend anywhere from $5,000 for a half bath face lift all the way to a large master bath with large walk in shower and free standing tub, heated floor/towel bars, etc of $100,000 and beyond.
Most importantly. Hire a high quality, professional, reliable, proven, highly experienced bathroom remodeling contractor that also is up to date with all modern bathroom waterproofing and tile installation methods and materials! DO NOT hire a cheap, less expensive, less experienced, less professional contractor!
